There is no age limit for individuals to purchase foreign exchange, and customers only need to go to the bank with their ID cards.

However, if I am under the age of 16 and do not have full capacity for civil conduct, I can only be handled by my guardian with my valid ID card and the child's resident ID card or household registration book (or the notarized original guardianship certificate and other materials that can prove the guardianship relationship).
