Remittances from China to Singapore banks need to be converted into US dollars first, and then an overseas remittance application form needs to be filled out. The application form includes the name and account number of the remitter, as well as the name and account number of the payee, the full name of the opening bank and the SWIFT code of the payee.

1. If you want to exchange cash, you must go to the bank counter to exchange it. You need to bring your valid ID card to the counter to fill out the application for purchasing foreign exchange.

2. If the money is in the card, you can exchange it at the ATM first, and then go directly to the bank counter to withdraw it.

3. Purchase of foreign exchange through online banking: log in to online banking, select investment and wealth management, click settlement and sale of foreign exchange, select RMB to purchase foreign exchange, and then withdraw cash from the bank.
