Examination paper (20 13)
The exam is divided into five parts (business four parts): English (60 minutes), comprehensive knowledge (30 minutes), line test (60 minutes), technical expertise (30 minutes) and behavioral characteristics and professional interest test (20 minutes).
note:
1. The assessment units must be completed in sequence, and each unit will automatically enter the next unit according to the time limit. After entering the next unit, you are not allowed to query or modify the title of the previous unit.
2. For the first four units, the internal questions of each unit can be marked for review when there is enough time, and the next one can be memorized. Unit 5 The internal questions can only be answered in order, not recited.
You can't cut anything (such as a calculator) from the computer except the exam interface, unless you want to play with other people's systems at some point. There is a draft paper for counting and so on. Do the math yourself.
Part I: English questions (60 minutes 100 questions)
* * * 100 questions (why did I write 60 questions, alas ~ which led to a little rush later). It is said that, like TOEIC English, the details cannot be verified.
Problem distribution:
0 1-40: multiple-choice questions are relatively easy, mainly depending on the part of speech, which can help to do many questions.
4 1-52: It is similar to cloze, but it is basically the same as multiple-choice questions, except that the questions are put in one article, and each article will probably have three related topics. The article is super short.
53- 100: I don't remember whether there are any types, but my impression can be roughly divided into two categories: short film reading and long reading. Main mail, notice, etc. Feeling: Speed up a little, and quickly determine the answer to the first 50 questions simply. Mark can do every problem. If you have enough time, you can come back and check mark's problem.
Part II: Comprehensive knowledge (30 points and 50 questions)
* * * 50 questions, divided into three parts.
1, (8 questions) The relevant knowledge of ICBC mainly refers to the achievements, honors and contributions of ICBC in that year (take 20 12 as an example). 2, (10 questions) current politics, remember to have 3, (32 questions) Nobel Peace Prize winners and other industry knowledge.
Part III: Line test (60 points and 59 questions)
* * * There are 59 questions, which are divided into five parts. I can't remember the distribution of specific problems (1, 2,5 ratio is less, single digit level; 3, 4 is more, 20 questions)
1. Understanding: For example, the following statement is not inappropriate and has a clear meaning.
2. Mathematical operation: See the line test, there are fewer questions, about 4 questions.
3. Thinking logic: Look at the test, the topic is not as difficult as the civil service exam.
4. logical reasoning: see the test, the topic is not as difficult as the civil service exam.
5. Information question: There are a bunch of charts and text descriptions in the question. Answer the questions according to the charts and text (main picture).
Note: I have to do it quickly. Time is a little tight. If I have done a lot of testing training, I should be familiar with the topic. The topic is generally not as difficult as the civil service exam.
The fourth department: scientific and technological expertise (there is no such department in business)
(30min50 questions) There is no classification, and various questions cross. What makes me feel strange is that there are several problems in excel.
Other content involves:
Database: it does not involve operation, but involves basic concepts, with few topics, only one or two TCP/IP: relatively more. Concept class and protocol class belong to the basic operating system: start disk loading, what does the number xxxx3 1333 stand for Excel: function, cell operation, etc.
PowerPoint: 1, the effect of ctr dragging the page in browse mode, etc.
Part V: Personality test (90 questions in 20 minutes)
There are only two options for each question, which can be done quickly. After completion, follow the prompts to confirm the submission. This need not be submitted within the time limit. This part must be finished, otherwise it may affect the exam.
Examination paper (20 14)
1. English 35 minutes, 60 questions, 30 multiple-choice questions and 30 reading questions. I did a toeic simulation before the exam, written by Tsinghua University Publishing House. I feel that this test is a little more difficult than the TOEIC test, but it may be that I practice less, and the overall situation is similar.
2. The competency test lasts for 25 minutes, with 50 questions and 20 current events, covering GDP, PMI, import and export, foreign exchange trends and banking policies. I feel that I can answer questions by paying attention to economic news, especially basic economic data. 30 professional knowledge, such as the continuous reduction of the central bank's benchmark interest rate, who will benefit the most; If interest rates go down, how will the prices of short-term government bonds and corporate bonds go? Which of the following factors has no effect on the currency multiplier; I also took several questions about enterprise management and organization (the options I can recall are: target work system, business department architecture, etc.). These are not necessarily the answers. You can look at the relevant basic knowledge, but the amount of questions is not large).
3.50min minutes of comprehensive knowledge, 40 questions, that is, the test, 6 languages, 6 quantitative relations, 13 logic, 10 information screening (that is, the last part of the civil service test, two short articles with 5 questions each).
4. Write for 40 minutes and write an argumentative essay of more than 500 words according to the given materials. This year, China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom jointly took measures to force Tencent to charge WeChat users, but only a few months later, they began to cooperate with WeChat to develop new products and services such as "WeChat Woka". The second material is that ICBC has also cooperated with WeChat to open up a new space for personal mobile banking services.
Summary: 20 13 written test is slightly different from 20 14. 20 14 canceled the personality test and used "material composition" instead. Kitty reminds everyone to pay attention to current events, especially those related to innovative banking business, such as internet finance, which must be understood ~
Facial meridians (1)
There is an absent student in our group, a total of 9 students, divided into a: 5; B: Four people. Debate a topic and provide 3 pages of materials at the same time. I. Group discussion 15 minutes; 2. Debate for 20 minutes; Third, cooperate again for 20 minutes on the basis of previous work.
Then the interviewer asked everyone a question about the group discussion, debate and cooperative discussion just now. All the questions are, 1. What's your score? 2. Let you eliminate three, who would you choose? If you were asked to choose two companions, who would you choose?
This group meeting is over. Each of the five examiners chose 3-4 people to ask questions, and I summarized the questions, which probably covered the following aspects:
1. Internship experience, especially highlighting the most difficult things I have encountered; If it is a report, is it written independently? What is your independence or innovation?
2. Club experience: How about college students' club experience now?
3. Training experience: analyze a given problem through the knowledge gained from training?
4. Scientific research experience: conclusions drawn through scientific research, knowledge learned, solutions to current problems or views on current problems.
5. ICBC-related: Why choose ICBC? How does it compare with the other five major banks? What position would you choose?
Everyone should prepare the resume questions completely, think about it, think about it and get something!

Check in at 07: 50
08: 20-09: 00 Write an 800-word composition, focusing on college students' entrepreneurship, without any angle or background materials. Just play around.
09: 20- 10: 40 Without leading group discussion, what qualities should the expatriates of ICBC overseas branches have and what criteria should be used to select people as human resources? There is a standard of 12 in the materials, and I want to think about a few more, not all of them are materials, and then I need to choose 10, and score every feature, with a full score of 100. After reading the material for 5 minutes, there will be 25 minutes of discussion, and then choose a person to make a 2-minute presentation. Then there is the question session. There are five examiners, each of whom asks each interviewer a question. Seven interviewers asked 35 questions, which took a long time. Anyway, our group spent a long time in this step, saying it was 80 minutes, but it actually took almost 100 minutes.
11:111:30 English interview, 12 interviewer, two interviewers, will ask and answer questions one by one, each for three minutes. Ask questions based on your resume and experience. There are several returnees in our group, and the pressure is great.
