4. After the shipping space is confirmed, the shipping company salesman will inform you to prepare relevant customs declaration documents (declaration power of attorney, verification form). If your goods are packed in our warehouse, please enter the warehouse according to the warehouse receipt issued by the shipping company. The warehouse receipt will indicate the warehouse number, warehouse address, contact number, contact person and the latest warehousing date. Please be sure to put in the warehouse according to the warehousing number before the latest warehousing date. If you put in the warehouse after the latest warehousing date, the shipping company will not be able to guarantee that your goods will be shipped as scheduled.
6. If your goods need door-to-door transportation, please inform the shipping company of the specific location, time and packing contact person 24 hours (within 300 kilometers) and 48 hours (outside 300 kilometers) before packing, so as to ensure that the shipping company can arrive at the packing place on time.
7. The customs clearance time is 10 the morning before sailing (postponed in case of holidays). By this time, your goods should have been packed and entered the designated location in the port area.
8. The shipping company will fax the confirmation of the bill of lading to your company the day before shipment. If the bill of lading is prepared by the shipping company, the shipping company will fax it to your company immediately after receiving the confirmation of the bill of lading from the shipping company. Please try to confirm the return before delivery, so as to avoid additional change fees. After sailing, the shipping company will generally issue the bill of lading and send courier or documentary personnel within one working day after receiving your confirmation of the bill of lading.
9. The shipping company can handle the countersigning and pre-borrowing procedures of the bill of lading for your company, but it must be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the shipping company or non-vessel carrier.
10. The shipping company will return the written-off tax refund documents to your company as soon as possible, which generally takes about 10 days except for internal branch lines.
