According to the Notice of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on Further Simplifying and Perfecting Foreign Exchange Management Policies for Direct Investment, the number of foreign exchange fund accounts opened by auto financing companies shall not exceed three, and the opening of foreign exchange fund accounts by auto financing companies shall be approved by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, and relevant procedures shall be handled according to regulations. No foreign exchange fund account may be opened without approval.
