On April 7, 2020, the Ministry of Justice and the National Law Popularization Office jointly issued a notice to deploy and carry out the 2020 National Security Education Day law popularization activities throughout the country to raise the awareness of national security and the rule of law, create a strong atmosphere of the rule of law to safeguard national security, and enhance the ability to prevent and resist security risks. The theme of the 2020 event is "Adhering to the overall national security concept, coordinating traditional security and non-traditional security, and providing a strong guarantee for the decisive victory in building a well-off society in an all-round way".
