Within the annual facilitation quota, each person can purchase or settle foreign exchange equivalent to less than $50,000 per year. If you need to handle it on your behalf, you can only entrust your immediate family members to handle it and provide relevant certificates. If you exceed the annual facilitation quota, please go to the bank with your valid ID card and relevant supporting materials. As there are some differences in foreign currency supported by different regions, please confirm the details through China Bank outlets or mobile banking.

2. If it is necessary to handle foreign exchange settlement business through BOC outlets, in order to reduce the queuing time at outlets, you can "make an appointment to queue at outlets". Please do it in the following ways:

(1) You can click on the login entrance of personal online banking from the right side of the homepage of official website (www.boc.cn) of Bank of China. After entering the login page, you can directly click the function of "queuing at reserved outlets" on the right side of the page (online banking is not required).

(2) You can click the function of "queuing at reserved outlets" on the WAP login page of mobile banking (wap.boc.cn) (you don't need to log in to mobile banking).

(3) You can click "Life-Line Queue" or "My-My Line" on the mobile banking client (you don't need to log in to mobile banking).

(4) You can click the function of "queuing at reservation outlets" in the micro-banking life of Bank of China.
