Measures for handling violations by employees of China Construction Bank
China Construction Bank issued the newly revised Measures for Handling Staff Violation of China Construction Bank. The revised method is a concrete measure for CCB to promote the rule of law and strictly manage the bank.

The Party Committee of China Construction Bank has always attached great importance to the construction of rules and regulations and the basic management of risk internal control. 1998 took the lead in promulgating the Measures for Handling Staff Violation in Financial Industry, and revised it four times in 2002, 2004, 2008 and 20 1 1. This revision is the fifth comprehensive revision of the staff violation handling mechanism. The new method closely follows the outstanding problems found by the Central Inspection Team and the rectification opinions put forward by CCB, further lists the negative list, establishes rules, delineates the boundary between compliance and violation, and once again clarifies the untouchable "bottom line" of managers and employees at all levels of the Bank. The new approach combines the requirements of bank transformation and development with the reality of accountability work, adheres to the problem orientation, and further embodies the requirements of governing banks according to law and strictly.

The revised Measures consists of ***4 chapters, 188 and 2 1000 words, covering all aspects of bank management and business work, including the handling of accounting, procurement, credit, settlement, counter, fund and price management, foreign exchange, bank cards, channels and operations, information technology and other violations. On the basis of the original chapters, the strict political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, work discipline and life discipline since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China have been transformed into rules and regulations, and new chapters have been added, such as "Handling in violation of due diligence and supervision regulations", "Handling in violation of integrity regulations" and "Handling in violation of public security regulations", which has achieved the progress of the construction of the violation handling system. Taking the new measures as a guide to action and strengthening the consciousness of all employees to abide by rules and regulations and operate in compliance will play a positive role in preventing financial risks and promoting the transformation and development of banks.

Legal basis:

Article 6 of the Measures for Handling Staff Violation of China Construction Bank:

(1) Economic penalties, including fines and wage withholding;
