1. Please log in to Zhangyin APP and click "Investment → Settlement and Sale of Foreign Exchange" at the bottom of the home page to select a trading account.

2. Click "Buy" to independently complete the exchange of RMB into foreign currency within the foreign exchange purchase quota.

3. Click "Sell" to independently complete the business of converting foreign currency into RMB within the foreign exchange settlement limit.

Tips:

1. Personal settlement and sale time: 7:00 to 23: 00 every day.

2. In the process of settlement and sale of foreign exchange, the page shows the reference exchange rate, and the actual exchange rate may be different due to exchange rate fluctuations.

3. When applying for foreign exchange settlement, if "No" is selected in the "Real-time foreign exchange settlement" option, it needs to be handled on the ground, usually every two hours.

4. After the transaction is submitted, the system checks the available quota with the foreign exchange bureau system and registers the information of foreign exchange purchase/settlement; If the available quota is insufficient, it will be prompted that the accumulated foreign exchange purchase/settlement amount has exceeded the annual total, and relevant certification materials need to be brought to our outlets for processing; If the registration is unsuccessful, the transaction fails, and the system automatically cancels the externally managed registration information.
