Party A may apply to Party B to purchase foreign exchange in RMB to repay credit card foreign currency debts. The exchange rate for applying for foreign exchange purchase shall be based on the spot selling price of the corresponding foreign currency in the spot settlement and sale quotation published by Party B on the same day, and the one published on the previous day shall prevail.
