2. Customs:
Responsible for the supervision and management of import and export goods, passenger luggage, postal articles and inbound and outbound means of transport. Some are called customs clearance management, and some are called ensuring the legal entry and exit of goods and articles.
3. Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau:

4. Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation:
The post of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau is responsible for implementing the national, provincial and municipal policies, laws and regulations on foreign trade, foreign investment and port management, drafting relevant local normative documents, formulating relevant policies, plans, plans and management measures, and organizing their implementation.
5. State Administration of Foreign Exchange:
To study and put forward policy suggestions on the reform of foreign exchange management system, prevention of balance of payments risks and promotion of balance of payments; To study the policies and measures to gradually promote the convertibility of RMB capital account, cultivate and develop the foreign exchange market, and provide suggestions and basis for the People's Bank of China to formulate RMB exchange rate policy.
