All foreign currencies are settled, and all banks have no foreign currency change. For example, on August 17, 2007, the exchange rate of RMB against the US dollar in China Bank was 6.848 1, and I changed RMB 2,000 into US$ 292.05, but the bank could only change it into 290, which was calculated as an integer. 2000-290 * 6.841=14.05 yuan was recovered.

Remark: RMB exceeding USD 50,000 in China cannot be freely converted into USD.

Domestic residents should first purchase foreign exchange within the annual total amount, and the part exceeding the annual total amount should provide relevant certification materials for the transaction amount.

2. If domestic residents purchase foreign exchange, they must also provide the power of attorney of the client and the true identity certificate of the agent.
