1. Right-click the file to be compressed, and then click Add to Compressed File in the pop-up menu.
2. In the interface that opens, enter the name of the compressed file.
3. Choose the compression format as needed, and it is recommended to use the zip format for better compatibility.
4. Choose the compression method according to your needs. The bottom is high compression, that is, the volume becomes smaller after compression, and the top is low compression, that is, the volume changes little after compression.
5. If your file is too big to be stored on USB flash drive, you can divide it into several separate compressed packages for easy copying.
6. Finally, click OK to start compression and packaging. After packaging, it is saved in the same directory as the file by default.
