Bank of Hungary is the Hungarian name of the National Bank of Hungary. The bank was established on June 24th, 1924. There are two currencies printed with the words "Nemzetti Bank of Madzar".

(1) Hungarian PaCO (Magyar peng? ), circulating in 1927 65438+ 10/-65438+July 0946 3 1. It replaced the former Madzar Corona. The unit of token is fillér, 1 pago = 100 Fillé. Pago was originally issued to stabilize the economy after World War I, but it only circulated for less than 20 years and suffered the worst hyperinflation in history.

The picture below shows a Pago note of10,000,000, which was issued on April 2, 1946. On the front is the image of Kossuth Lajos, and on the back is a pigeon with an olive branch. In the middle of the front is the words "Nemzetti Bank of Madzar".

② Madzar forint, 1946, entered the circulation market on August 1 day, replacing Pago. HUF is O 42 17 code, and the symbol is Ft. The unit of token is also called fillér, 1 forint = 100 forint.

The picture below shows a 10000 huf note, which was issued in July 1997. The front is the head of Szent Istvan I, and the back is the scenery of Estelgam painted by Austrian painter Hubert Satler. The words "Nemzetti Bank of Madzar" can be seen in the middle of the front.
