Method of handling foreign exchange:

Customers can handle it at the bank with their valid identity documents, fill in relevant documents and deliver cash. Valid identity documents include: my identity card (China citizen, household registration book (China citizen under 16), military identity card (China People's Liberation Army), armed police identity card (China People's Armed Police), Hong Kong and Macao residents' mainland travel permit (Hong Kong and Macao residents), Taiwan residents' mainland travel permit (Taiwan Province residents) and passport (foreign citizens or China citizens with passports).
