The doctor-patient relationship is tense and the environment is weak.
Take myself as an example. There are about 70 students in our class, but there are less than 20 people who are actually engaged in the medical industry at present, and one of them is very representative. After graduation, he successfully entered the hospital, but after working on the operating table for 10 hours, he finally fainted on the stage during the operation, but was later told by the family members of the patients who had operated because they did not achieve their expected therapeutic effect.
As soon as we chatted at the party, we knew that he chose to change careers because some patients were too chilling. Although all patients are the same in front of doctors, doctors in hospitals are selfish and always do thankless things. Who wants to?
The road to becoming a doctor is long and full of difficulties and obstacles.
In fact, according to the employment situation of our graduates, about two-thirds of medical students will not engage in the health industry after graduation, because most hospitals have higher requirements for academic qualifications and skills, and most medical students can't get into this threshold. Second, even if there is, it is not particularly gratifying, because the work of doctors is really too tired and hard, and it is a lifetime thing. It is impossible to get rid of it easily. As we all know, although their social status is relatively high, their energy and income returns are not comparable. It can even be said that people can't believe that this is the income of doctors. Fourth, it is difficult to evaluate their professional titles in the industry, so once they join the health industry, they are preparing for exams and business assessments all their lives.
But in fact, most of these reasons can still be overcome by willpower. The most fatal one is that the environment in today's society is so bad that most medical staff are always attacked and vilified in their work, which makes some people who originally wanted to engage in this industry retreat.
Becoming a doctor requires not only professional ability, but also economic strength.
At present, with the continuous improvement of medical professional technical level, most outpatient treatments are no longer like before, but are replaced by many medical devices, so this also reduces the number of medical personnel to some extent. Moreover, medical majors are still very expensive to read, and the price they need to pay is not low. For example, it takes five years to study clinical medicine, and then three years to continue studying, and finally you can get this diploma.
This is only eight years of continuous study for undergraduate and graduate students, which makes a large number of students lose their confidence in graduate school. Moreover, they must have a solid professional foundation to engage in the medical industry, but medical study is very boring and difficult, and most people who really want to engage in this industry need to go abroad for further study. Therefore, to a certain extent, some families with poor family economic foundation have been screened out. Coupled with the uncertain employment direction and simple personal connections, a large number of people have chosen to give up.
