The Big Data Bureau belongs to the provincial government directly under the main hall-level institutions.

The main function is to carry out the province's big data development strategy, local laws and regulations, draft regulations and standards and norms of the basic research work for the province's e-government infrastructure planning and construction, organization and implementation, operation and maintenance to provide support services to undertake the province's government data, public **** data, social data aggregation and integration, **** enjoyment of openness, the application of fusion and other data management work.
