Based on the information I have learned, there are currently no private rocket companies in Xi'an Chang'an District. Chang'an District is an administrative area in western China, mainly focusing on automobile manufacturing and aerospace-related industries. In Chang'an District, there are mainly some large state-owned aerospace companies, such as Shaanxi Aircraft Group and Aerospace Science and Technology, both of which are subsidiaries of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). If any new private rocket companies are established in Chang'an District, further investigation and understanding may be needed.
