Click "Health Code Appeal" on the homepage of Minzhengtong.

Enter the health code independent appeal portal, in this page you can choose "my appeal", and you can view the history of the appeal record in "My Appeals".

2. Grievance Information Filling

On the "Grievance" page, you need to fill in your basic information and grievance information, including the place where the grievance is accepted (district and county (including the following)), the color of the current code, the reason for the current code, and the current situation of the person.

3. Grievance material upload

Click the next step, in this page to upload the complaint to the code of the required supporting materials, including health code abnormal cause screenshots, nucleic acid test records, communication data trip card, ID card front and back, tickets, community, street, unit certificate, and agreed to voluntary appeal.
