Henan Province, the second half of 2021 primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination interview will be held on January 8, 2022 start. In order to ensure that the examination is conducted in a healthy, safe, smooth and orderly manner, the relevant matters are reminded as follows:

I. Prepare for the examination

(a) Printing of the admission card. Candidates should log on to the China Education Examination website (/) from January 3 to 9, 2022 to print the admission card, carefully read the "Notice to Candidates" and "Special Tips" on the card, and accurately grasp the time of entry into the waiting room, the address of the test site and other information. The first thing you need to do is to prepare your documents in advance and comply with the requirements of the exam.

(2) Please make sure that your belongings are properly arranged, and obey the management of the staff at the test center, so that you will not be unable to take the test or lose your belongings due to violation of the regulations.

(3) Make transportation arrangements. Please familiarize yourself with the location of the test site and the test site in advance, make reasonable arrangements for transportation and travel routes, and depart as early as possible to allow enough time for health testing, identity verification and security checks. Please pay attention to the weather changes in a timely manner, do a good job of rain and snow and other extreme weather to deal with, pay attention to transportation and accommodation safety.

Second, do a good job of personal epidemic prevention

(a) Please pay attention to the Henan provincial teacher qualification network, the test site in the test area test management department on the website, microblogging public number or cell phone text message issued by the epidemic prevention and control policy, where due to non-compliance with the epidemic prevention and control requirements caused by the inability to take the test, the responsibility borne by the candidates themselves.

(2) Candidates are required to apply in advance for the "Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" and log in daily to update the "Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card". (b) Candidates shall apply for the "Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" in advance and log in daily to update the status of the "Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card", and shall ensure that the "Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" are in the "green" status until the end of the examination. Candidates who have traveled out of the province within 14 days prior to the examination shall submit a negative nucleic acid test report (paper or electronic report card) within 48 hours. (D) with one of the following conditions candidates may not take the test:

Those who have been discharged from hospitals with confirmed cases or those who have been released from centralized isolation for medical observation and are still under follow-up or medical observation; those who are under 14 days of centralized medical observation, 7 days of home isolation and 7 days of self-health monitoring after entering the country; and those who have a history of living in medium- to high-risk areas in the country or in their administrative districts (counties) within 14 days;

3. Candidates who have traveled out of the province within the last 14 days prior to the examination cannot provide a report of a negative nucleic acid test within the last 48 hours prior to the examination. (paper or electronic report form);

4. Candidates who have been kept under observation by professional medical personnel, and whose temperature is still ≥37.3℃ after retesting with a mercury thermometer, and who are not allowed to sit for the examination by the staff of the Epidemic Prevention Team of the examination center.

(E) good personal protection during the examination. Candidates should wear masks throughout the waiting room, the drawing room, the preparation room and the access channel, etc., and can decide on their own whether to wear them after entering the interview room. Candidates in non-low-risk areas and candidates in segregated examination rooms are required to wear masks throughout. Candidates shall line up to enter and leave the room in an orderly manner and try to keep a safe distance from others.

(6) Candidates who deliberately conceal their illnesses or do not truthfully report their fever history, travel history and contact history, as well as those who refuse to cooperate in the prevention and control of examination epidemics, will be dealt with in accordance with the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Act, the Public Security Administration Punishment Act and other laws and regulations.

Third, consciously abide by the examination discipline

(a) strictly abide by the examination discipline.
