1, the State Prosecutor's College is an adult college directly under the Supreme People's Procuratorate, is China's highest school to train high-level, high-quality prosecutorial personnel.

Faculty

The State Prosecutor's College has a full-time faculty, full-time, part-time, hired a combination of faculty, the existing full-time faculty of more than 50, including 10 professors, 12 associate professors, 12 PhDs; appointed 38 domestic and foreign well-known professors, scholars and experts in prosecutorial business as part-time professors, visiting professors.

Internal Institutions

The college has a Department of Procuratorial Theory, a Department of Investigation of Job-related Crimes, a Department of Criminal Prosecution, a Department of Civil Administrative Prosecution, and a Department of Comprehensive Teaching and Research, etc., which specialize in the teaching of education and training in procuratorial theory and procuratorial business.

2. The National Judges' College, a public institution directly under the Supreme People's Court, was founded in 1997, its predecessors being the National Amateur Legal University for Court Cadres, established in 1985, and the China Senior Judges' Training Center, established in 1988.

The main tasks and duties of the Institute are to provide training for the presidents and vice-presidents of the Higher People's Courts and Intermediate People's Courts of China, as well as for senior judges at all levels of the courts and their reserves, in the qualifications for appointment, renewal of office and promotion, and specialized training in the business of adjudication, and to provide pre-service training for reserve judges.
