Guo (pinyin: guó) is a Chinese character (commonly used) in the universal standardization of the Chinese language at the first level, which was first used in the Shang Dynasty.

The original meaning of the character is "territory". This meaning was later written as "域". It was later written as "域". By extension, it refers to a region, an area. It also refers to the vassal states. Later, it refers to the country in general. Also refers to the capital of the country.

On November 20, 2019, the "Chinese Inventory 2019" campaign was launched, and the domestic characters recommended by Qingbo Big Data were "国, 愛, 治, Ji, 會".

The first character for "country" is "or", which is also the ancient character for "domain". Figure A on the left and Figures 1-5 on the right are Jinwen (金文) from the middle of the Zhou Dynasty, which is an early version of the character "国". The original meaning of the character is "state" or "fief". The shape of the character is composed of land ("yi") and "gao," which is the force used to defend the city and the land. In Figure 2 on the right, the four sides of "囗" have a cross, which may indicate that this important land is guarded by people on all sides.
