Hebi Vocational and Technical College is a full-time local higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Henan Province and filed with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. The college was formed by the merger of Hebi Normal School[1], Hebi College of Education, and Hebi Secondary Vocational School in 2001. As of January 2016, the school covers an area of 1,306 acres, with a building area of 428,000 square meters. The school has 10 colleges and 4 departments with 44 majors. The school has 718 full-time teachers, the number of full-time students is more than 18,000, and all kinds of social skills training averages more than 10,000 times a year
