Gaochun District in Nanjing is a municipal district, belonging to the city of Nanjing, not a district.
Gaochun District is located in the southern tip of Nanjing, known as Nanjing's backyard and the southern gate, is the world slow city alliance awarded China's first "international slow city", the international slow city alliance of China's headquarters seat, the characteristics of the modern urban agriculture base in East China, the Yangtze River Delta region, an important leisure and tourism destinations, but also the Yangtze River Delta region, manufacturing service hubs and high-end manufacturing supporting base. It is also a manufacturing service hub and a supporting base for high-end manufacturing.
Gaochun District is known as the "Sacred Land of Jiangnan", known as the "sunrise bucket of gold, sunset bucket of silver," the reputation of the fish and rice country of Jiangnan, sitting on the innate resources of the mountains and lakes, and has the typical ecological characteristics of Jiangnan.
