Can the fish in the fish tank see what is outside?
The refractive index of water and glass is higher than that of air, so you can only look at things outside from a small angle in water. Beyond this angle, it is no different from looking in the mirror, but because of the angle problem, the fish may not see their own image in the mirror. Moreover, fish eyes are different from human eyes. The farther an object is within a certain distance, the more obvious the visual stimulation to fish is.
