Article 4: In 2020, general undergraduates will report to study at Huaxi Campus; new students of Chinese-foreign cooperative program, West Michigan College, and "International Undergraduate Academic Mutual Recognition Program" program will report to study at Luchongguan Campus. The first three semesters of finance majors report to the Huaxi Campus, and some students report to the Luchongguan Campus after streaming.
Article V: Special Requirements and Restrictions for Admission to the Programs
1. Requirements for Relevant Subjects
Candidates applying for the majors of English, Translation, Spanish, and Portuguese are required to achieve a score of at least 60% of the full score of the local single subject of English, and they are required to participate in the oral examination of English.
Candidates applying for Chinese-foreign cooperative programs in Finance (Chinese-foreign cooperative programs) and E-commerce (Chinese-foreign cooperative programs) are required to achieve at least 60% (including 60%) of the full score of the local English single subject.
Candidates applying for the majors of Accounting (Sino-foreign Cooperative Program), Financial Management (Sino-foreign Cooperative Program) and Marketing (Sino-foreign Cooperative Program) of West Michigan College of Finance and Economics of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, which is a non-independent legal entity, are required to score at least 60% (inclusive) of the full marks of the English single subject in the local English language.
Candidates applying for the majors of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics and Statistics (Statistics, Economic Statistics, Financial Mathematics) are required to achieve more than 50% (including 50%) of the full score of the local mathematics single subject.
2. According to the University's professional training requirements and teaching plan, the foreign language course for candidates after admission is English.
3. The requirements for the physical fitness of the candidates for admission to the various majors of the University shall be carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for Physical Examination for Admission to Ordinary Schools of Higher Education issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, as well as the relevant supplementary regulations.

5. Art majors
(1) Candidates must obtain a pass in the provincial unified examination for art (non-teacher training) majors.
(2) Candidates majoring in Musicology, Musicology (Minority Characteristics), Choreography, and Environmental Design shall obtain a pass in the specialized unified examination, and their cultural scores shall reach the local general undergraduate art (non-teacher-training) minimum admissions filing line, and they shall be admitted on the basis of merit according to the order of their specialized scores from the highest to the lowest. In the event that the candidates' professional scores are the same, priority will be given to the candidates with higher cultural scores.
(3) Music and dance majors require girls to be at least 155cm tall and boys to be at least 165cm tall. If the height of the candidates does not meet the requirements, the school will withdraw them from the file.

Article VI Rules of Admission

2. International Cooperation Programs
West Michigan College of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics
Certificate Issuance: Students of West Michigan College who meet the requirements of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics for undergraduate graduation are issued with the undergraduate certificate of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, which is a nationally recognized qualification electronically registered by the Ministry of Education;
Students who meet the requirements for degree conferment of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics and West Michigan University are issued with the national certificate of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics. Students who meet the requirements of both Guizhou University of Finance and Economics and Western Michigan University will be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, which is recognized by the State and electronically registered by the Ministry of Education, and the degree certificate of Western Michigan University, which is recognized by the State and the Ministry of Education.
Conditions for the award of degree certificate of Western Michigan University (1) Registered as a student of Western Michigan University in the U.S.A., the registration standard is subject to the announcement after the commencement of the semester.
(2) Criteria for English Language Proficiency
Students who do not need to study abroad: TOEFL online test score of 61 or above, or IELTS score of 6.0 or above.
Students who need to study abroad: the language proficiency requirements for international students published by Western Michigan University in the United States in the current year. (3) Academic Standards

Certificate issued: Students who meet the requirements for undergraduate study in Guizhou University of Finance and Economics (GUFE) are issued with undergraduate diploma of GUFE which is recognized by the state and registered by the Ministry of Education, students who meet the requirements for degree awarding in Guizhou University of Finance and Economics are issued with undergraduate certificate of GUFE. Students who meet the requirements for degree conferment of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics will be awarded the certificate of Bachelor's Degree in Economics of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics.
