So, for problems, no matter good or bad, no matter what we like or don't like, we don't have to worry about them, but should go to face them openly and solve them properly.
However, when we face and solve problems, there is one thing that we should be clear about, understand, and know, and that is: all the problems that we encounter in life, in the final analysis, the way out and the solution to them are all about ourselves and our own problems, and it seems to have little to do with the problems that we encounter themselves.
For example, when spring comes, how are we going to deal with the blossoms? How are we going to deal with rainstorms when summer comes? How are we going to deal with falling leaves when fall comes? When winter comes, how are we going to face the snail's pace? All of these, are our own things, seems to have nothing to do with the seasons.
Another example is how to face learning and growing up without knowledge and experience since childhood? Growing up and needing to start a family, how to fall in love, fight, create and work hard? When you are old and need to retire, how do you adjust your mindset, change some of the habits you have developed over time, and live the rest of your life well? All these, are our own things, seems to have nothing to do with age.
And then, for example, we have encountered difficulties in life, how to overcome? We have encountered poverty in life, how to change? We have succeeded, how should we enjoy the joy with the right attitude and not be overwhelmed by the victory? When we fail, how can we learn from our failures, regroup, fight again, and ultimately win? And so on and so forth. All of these, too, are our own business, and seem to have nothing to do with those difficulties, rich or poor, success or failure.
Of course, if one understands this, and is able to look inward, and learns to reflect and look at oneself often, and learns to really exert oneself inwardly, and work on oneself, one will not have so much worry and pain in one's life, and will not have so much restlessness and agitation, and one will be able to face the reality correctly, accept the status quo, and abide by one's duty to build a firm foundation for one's life and living, and eventually Find ways to solve all the big or small problems that you encounter.
The old saying goes, "If you can't do something, you have to do it yourself. That is to say, all the problems in life, oneself is the root, oneself is the key, oneself is the cause, oneself is also the final result - either the beneficiary or the victim. Therefore, in the face of the problem, they feel the most direct, they have the most right to speak, they have the most responsibility and obligation to solve, they can not stay out of it, watching from the wall.
To this end, to be a man, we must be sober, firm, modest, pragmatic, we must be self-esteem, self-love, self-confidence, self-improvement, we must pay attention to their own growth and physical and mental health, and shoulder the responsibility that should be borne.
In the final analysis, people want to get along with others, society and nature, harmonious **** life, you must first get along with yourself, harmonious **** life; people want to solve those problems from the outside world, the impact on their own problems, you must first solve the contradictions and problems within themselves, so that they are in the best physical and mental state of harmony. Otherwise, all the problems, are difficult to solve, and there is no way to solve.
This is also true. Throughout history, all those who have achieved great success and happiness in life are not the ones who have inner harmony and solved their own internal conflicts and problems first. Regardless of what image and appearance they once appeared in the world, their life path, certainly not smooth sailing, and even more than ordinary people will be more bumpy twists and turns, through more blows and tribulations. Of course, they are often the ones who, through their own efforts, eventually come out of life's difficulties bravely. Moreover, in this process, they are often more conscious of their own situation, problems, capabilities and mission, so that they are more clear about the goal of life, firm determination and confidence in the relentless struggle for it, which lays a solid foundation for their future prosperity. Without this process of self-knowledge and cultivation, it is hard to imagine that he will be able to achieve something on the road of life.
So it can be said that the process of solving one's own problems is in fact a process of self-cultivation, a process of consolidating one's own foundation. Interestingly, this process, no matter who, as long as he doesn't want to be ordinary and mediocre, as long as he still wants to make a difference and live an extraordinary life, he can't omit it, nor can he lack it. This is also what Mencius said, "the sky will come down to the people also, must first suffer their will, labor their bones, hungry their body, empty their body, line of chaos for, so move the heart to endure, gain its can't" that paragraph, the expression of the life of the truth.
Understanding such a truth, life will no longer put the cart before the horse, worrying about the pain for no reason, complaining, negative and pessimistic, but will take the initiative to seize the fundamental, self-contained, manifest nature, become confident and optimistic, firm and strong.
