At a press conference on the effectiveness of the People's Court's smart court construction work on Oct. 13, 2022, Xu Jianfeng, director of the Supreme People's Court's Information Center, introduced that the People's Court has deepened the application of judicial big data, helping the precision of judicial management and social governance. It supports the active disclosure of judicial information and enhances the transparency of judicial work. It has built four major public platforms for trial processes, court activities, adjudication documents, and execution information, supported the disclosure of case information in accordance with the law, and constructed a sunshine judicial mechanism that is open, dynamic, transparent, and convenient for the public, so as to enhance the credibility of the judiciary. As of September 2022, China's open trial network has broadcast more than 20 million live trials, with more than 50 billion visits; China's adjudication documents network has made public more than 130 million adjudication documents, with more than 90 billion visits.
