The imbalance in gender ratio has the greatest impact on the marriage rate. According to our understanding, Guizhou Province has the highest ratio of unmarried men to women in my country. Although most provinces in my country have more men than women, Sichuan is the only exception. Sichuan Province has long maintained the phenomenon of more women than men. Chongqing ranks second from the bottom. However, these two regions also have a relatively serious proportion of aging people in my country. According to the sample survey data of the "China Statistical Yearbook (2020)" , the number of elderly people over 65 years old in Chongqing and Sichuan Province accounts for 15% of the total population in these two regions, and they have entered a deeply aging society.
