Yulin Normal College is located in Yulin, the hometown of the famous linguist Wang Li, China's outstanding tourist city, and a thousand-year old city in southeastern Guangxi, occupying a land area of 1,746 acres, and it is a full-time ordinary undergraduate college directly under the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Founded in 1945, the school was originally named Guangxi Provincial Teacher Training School in Guangxi Province, and was upgraded to Guangxi Yulin Teacher Training College in 1958, and began to enroll higher education specialists, and was renamed Yulin Teacher Training College in 1994.
