Business training objectives: This major trains senior journalism professionals who have systematic knowledge and skills of news theory, extensive knowledge of culture and science, are familiar with China's news propaganda policies and regulations, and can engage in editing, journalism and management in the news publishing and propaganda department.

Professional training requirements: students in this major mainly study the basic principles of Marxism and the basic theories and knowledge of journalism, receive basic training in journalism, and have the basic ability of social activities and scientific research.

Graduates should have the following knowledge and abilities:
