According to the current situation of epidemic prevention and control, the risk of spreading the epidemic on the social surface has been effectively controlled, according to the "Chengdu Chenghua District New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Command on the grading and classification of the epidemic prevention and control measures to adjust the notice" (No. 18 of 2022), combined with the actuality of our zoo, is scheduled to resume the opening of the zoo since August 4, 2022, the relevant matters are announced as follows:
1.Opening time
Daily 8:00-17:30, ticket sales stop at 17:00, admission stops at 17:30.
2. Passenger flow control
During the epidemic prevention and control period, staggered flow restriction management is implemented, and the maximum number of people staying in the park is limited to 30,000 people per day. When the number of instantaneous visitors reaches this limit, ticket checking into the park will be suspended, and ticket checking will be restarted when the number of visitors decreases.
3. Ticketing Matters
Visitors can book tickets through the online ticketing channel, purchase tickets online through Chengdu Zoo WeChat, or through Alipay, WeChat search "Chengdu Zoo e-ticket" applet, or purchase tickets on major electronic platforms, and follow the operating procedures and prompts on the ticketing page. The real-name system of booking tickets, tickets must fill in the visitor's own name, ID number, the implementation of the "one person, one card, one ticket".
Tourists who are unable to purchase tickets through online reservation should go to the on-site ticket window to purchase tickets, and cooperate with the ticketing staff to check the valid documents (health code, itinerary code, ID card) before purchasing tickets.
4. Entry requirements
Visitors entering the park need to hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate, and the strict implementation of temperature measurement, bright code, sweeping code, wearing masks and other epidemic prevention measures; entry to the park need to show the "Sichuan Tianfu Health Pass", communication big data trip card", health code for the "yellow code", "red code" or no trip card or temperature measurement abnormalities (more than 37.3 degrees Celsius), refuse to enter the park.
5. Tips for visiting
(1) You must wear a mask throughout the park, and consciously keep a safe distance of more than 1 meter from the park.
(2) Do not gather, do not stay in crowded areas for a long time, do not carry out group activities.
(3) It is forbidden to bring pets into the park.
(4) Maintain good personal hygiene habits, do not spit, littering, discarded masks must be put to the designated trash cans.
(5) Consciously obey the management of the park, for those who do not listen to the discouragement, do not meet the requirements of the park visitors refused to enter the park.
(6) The indoor pavilions in the park (Two Crawlers Pavilion, Parrot Pavilion, Science Museum) are suspended, and the indoor access to the rhinoceros and giraffe pavilions is suspended.
