For construction enterprises with normal production and operation and temporary difficulties, it is necessary to stabilize the renewal of loans and not blindly draw loans or pressure loans. We will implement the incentive and compensation policies for enterprises to use multi-level capital markets for direct financing, and support construction enterprises to go public and issue bonds for financing.
