In order to strengthen the work of student-origin loan in our school and ensure that students with financial difficulties can successfully complete their studies, the relevant work of student-origin loan in the 20 18-20 19 academic year is hereby notified as follows:

First, the extension of student loans

1, student loan renewal process

Log in to the student online service system (website:/) and personal account, apply for online loan, export and print the loan application form, sign a contract in the county-level financial aid center, get the receipt (acceptance certificate), and enter the receipt in the school financial aid center.

2. Students who have obtained student-origin student loans should go through the formalities for the extension of student-origin student loans in time according to the above procedures. The time for accepting student-origin student loans in all districts and counties is generally from July to September, and the electronic receipt is entered in the school after the school starts.

3. Students who renew student loans from their native places must log in to the student online service system at least twice before May 30 to complete the update and maintenance of personal information. Log in to the student online service system before June 20, apply for loan extension in the "loan application" module, fill in the loan extension statement, and summarize and report the thoughts and learning situation of the last school year (not less than 200 words). Those who fail to fill in the loan extension statement as required shall not be approved. Please apply for students to pay attention to the review of renewal statement in time. Students who fail the audit should be revised as required and re-submitted to the school for audit.

4. The requirements of each district and county funding center for the required information when signing the contract are different. Please be sure to get the required information from the county aid center and make preparations in advance so as not to affect the loan issuance.

Second, the new application for student loans.

1, application conditions

1) has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and holds a resident identity card of the People's Republic of China;

2) Students' pre-school household registration and their parents' (or other legal guardians') household registration are in the same city, county (city, district);

3) Abide by national laws and regulations and school discipline, and there is no illegal behavior;

4) The family economy is really difficult, and the income or funds obtained during the school period are not enough to pay the basic expenses (including tuition, accommodation and basic living expenses) needed to complete their studies;

5) study hard and be able to complete their studies normally;

6) You can't apply for a campus student loan and a student loan at the same time.

2, the application process and the required information

For the basic information required for the application process and preparation, please consult the financial aid center of the education department where the student is located.

3. The local district and county aid centers also have different requirements for the materials required for students to apply for student loans. Please be sure to know the required materials from the local district and county funding center and make preparations in advance.
