Bank of China personal first-hand housing loan application materials:
1. Loan application form.
2. Legally valid identity document (referring to resident ID card, household register, military officer ID card, return permit for Hong Kong and Macao compatriots, or other valid residence documents).
3. Proof of marital status (marriage certificate or divorce certificate, unmarried person signing a unified declaration of unmarried status).
4. Proof of payment of the first installment of the house purchased.
5. Proof of economic income recognized by the lender (including originals or copies of the borrower's proof of family income, tax payment certificate, bank statement, bank savings book and securities, etc.).
6. Contract, agreement or other valid documents for purchasing a house.
7. The mortgage (pledge) or list of pledged objects to secure the loan, the certificate of ownership, the certificate of the consent of the person with the right to dispose of the mortgage (pledge) and the collateral valuation document.
8. The guarantor’s written document agreeing to provide guarantee and its credit certificate.
9. Relevant documents authorizing the lender to query the People's Bank of China's personal credit system and recording the query results.
10. Other information required by the lender.
11. Information required for foreigners’ loans (all foreign language information must be translated by a formal domestic translation company and stamped with the official seal of the translation company):
(1) Passport, Residence permit for foreigners (Taiwanese nationals must provide ID card, Taiwan Compatriot Permit or Home Return Permit, and Hong Kong and Macao compatriots must provide ID card and travel pass).
(2) Proof of work.
(3) Personal income tax payment certificate (if the company is registered in another place, the company’s business license, work certificate, and income certificate must be notarized by the notary office of the company’s registered place; if the company is abroad, its work certificate, Proof of income must be certified by the Chinese Embassy in the local area).
