Contents of the purchase restriction policy:

From the date of publication, the purchase of houses will be restricted for registered families who already own a house, non-registered families who hold valid temporary residence permits and have no room in this city and have paid social insurance and personal income tax for five consecutive years.

The sale of houses in this city is suspended for registered families in this city who own two or more houses, non-registered families who own 1 houses and above, and non-registered families who cannot provide temporary residence permits in this city and have paid social insurance or personal income tax for more than five consecutive years.
