Guide the reform of the county's education administration and school internal management system; Organize and implement the work of personnel, labor and capital and professional titles in the county education system; To guide the reform of personnel system in schools of all levels and types; Recommend, inspect, examine, appoint and remove the main leading cadres of joint-stock schools and subordinate institutions.

Formulate relevant policies for the entrance examination of schools at all levels in the county, and provide guidance and management; Organize the implementation of the county college entrance examination, senior high school entrance examination, senior high school entrance examination and graduation examination, and be responsible for the school registration management of primary and secondary school students in the county.
