Second, the approval process
1. The applicant takes all the above materials to the window of "Handling Business Guarantee Loan" in the service hall of the County People's Social Security Bureau, receives and fills in the Recommendation Letter of Business Guarantee Loan in XX County, and submits it to the window of "Handling Business Guarantee Loan" together with the application materials after being stamped by the township people's government or the township people's social security office (community).
Eligible applicants are audited according to procedures, audited by county-level government departments, and undertake bank lending. If it does not meet the requirements, the application form will not be returned to the applicant.
Third, clear matters.
1. Veterans who apply for the Employment and Unemployment Registration Certificate must bring their ID card, the original and photocopy of the two certificates and a two-inch photo to the County People's Social Security Bureau for handling. Bring all the above materials, handle it on the spot and get the certificate on the spot.
2. After receiving and filling in the Letter of Recommendation for Business Guarantee Loan in XX County, it shall be sent to the Township People's Government or Township People's Society (community) for seal in time. Then submit the application materials, that is, the original and photocopy of the ID card, the original and photocopy of the employment and unemployment registration certificate, and the original and photocopy of the business license to the "business guarantee loan" window of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in time. 3. After handing in the information, wait quietly. You can contact two employee guarantors (enterprises and institutions with stable income) in advance when waiting.
4. If the materials pass the examination, the staff of the bank undertaking the loan (usually the Postal Savings Bank) will contact the applicant in about 10 days. After receiving the phone call, the applicant should promptly receive the relevant forms and materials to be provided, prepare and fill them out as required, and hand them in in in time.
5. After submitting the materials, the bank staff who undertake the loan will make an appointment to inspect and evaluate the applicant's entrepreneurial project. (such as the business site and scale of self-employed households, etc. And evaluate the loan application amount).
6. After the assessment, the bank staff who undertake the loan will lend money to the applicants who meet the loan application conditions within a week or so. When making a loan, the applicant and two guarantors need to be present at the same time, fill in the information and open a special loan account.
7. After handling the above procedures, the loan has been terminated.
