Preferential policies for civil trade and products refer to the preferential policies that the state gives certain support to enterprises engaged in the production and distribution of special commodities for ethnic minorities, the production of daily necessities or the acquisition (processing and sales) of agricultural and sideline products in ethnic areas in order to meet the special needs of ethnic minorities.
