Why do some Charolais cattle have horns and some don't?
Some Charolais cattle have horns and some have no horns, which may be caused by genetic inheritance. If the genotype of cattle is bb, both bulls and cows have horns; If the genotype is Bb, neither bull nor cow has horns; If the genotype is BB, neither bull nor cow has horns. 1964 and 1974 introduced Charolais cattle directly from France twice, which were distributed in parts of northeast, northwest and south. The crossbreeding of this breed with local yellow cattle in China has achieved remarkable results, which shows that the hybrid offspring of summer generation is obviously increased, the growth rate is accelerated and the heterosis is obvious.
