Cities are different. For example, the balance of the provident fund account in Shenzhen is 14 times, while that in Zhengzhou is only 12 times.
Even if it is 14 times, sometimes the amount is less than 280,000, because other conditions must be met:
1. The total monthly repayment of loan principal and interest (the principal and interest calculated by the equal principal and interest repayment method) shall not exceed 50% of the deposit base of the applicant's housing provident fund. * * * Participate in the quota calculation, and the applicant's deposit base can be accumulated.
2. The loan amount of housing provident fund shall not be higher than the difference between the total purchase price and the down payment.
If the applicant or the same applicant fails to withdraw the housing provident fund for more than three consecutive years before applying for the provident fund loan, the loan amount calculated according to the balance of each person's provident fund account may be increased by 10%, but other conditions stipulated in the preceding paragraph shall be met.
