It is the same property between husband and wife.
If one spouse takes a loan to buy a house before marriage, and the couple repays the loan together after marriage, the property will be owned jointly by both spouses.
If one party has paid off part of the mortgage before the marriage, the couple will repay the remaining mortgage together after the marriage. The part that the couple repays the loan together is the joint property of the couple; the part that one party repays the loan separately before marriage is the pre-marital property of one party.

Article 17 The following properties acquired by husband and wife during the marriage relationship shall be owned jointly by the husband and wife:
(1) Wages and bonuses;
(2) Income from production and operation;
(3) Income from intellectual property rights;
(4) Income from inheritance or donation Property, except as provided for in Paragraph 3 of Article 18 of this Law;
(5) Other property that shall be owned by the consortium.
Husband and wife have equal rights to handle property owned jointly by ***.
Article 18 If any of the following circumstances occurs, it shall be the property of one spouse:
(1) One party’s pre-marital property;
(2) One party’s property Medical expenses, living allowances for the disabled and other expenses due to physical injuries;
(3) Property determined in the will or gift contract to belong only to the husband or wife;
( 4) Daily necessities used exclusively by one party;
(5) Other property that should belong to one party.
