Time limit for buying a house. The purchaser shall promise in writing that the purchased property shall not be listed and traded within 3 years from the date of handling the household registration in Hangzhou.
Basic conditions of buyers. The purchaser shall meet the requirements of relevant regulations on household registration management in Hangzhou.
The payment method of house purchase is one-time payment and mortgage loan.
Provide the following information to the buyer to confirm the purchase of the house:
(a) the purchaser holds the purchase contract, deed tax payment certificate, land certificate and house ownership certificate of the purchased house.
(two) the purchase of housing by mortgage, should pay off all the loans and cancel the registration of other warrants.
(three) the basis for the purchase of commercial housing is the signing and filing time of the contract; The purchase of second-hand houses shall be based on the date when the property is issued after signing the contract.
House purchase procedures: (1) The applicant holds the house purchase contract, the house ownership certificate, the deed tax payment certificate, the certificate that all the loans have been paid off or the house payment has been paid off, and the registration form for house purchase in Hangzhou. Apply to the Hangzhou Real Estate Transaction Property Registration Management Center for confirmation of purchase, and the center will review and issue the Confirmation Sheet of Purchase by Foreigners in Hangzhou. (two) the applicant holds the "confirmation form for foreigners to buy houses in Hangzhou" to apply to the public security organ where the house is located, and go through the household registration procedures in Hangzhou according to the relevant regulations.
These Measures shall not apply to the purchase of real estate before the date of promulgation of these Measures. If these Measures are inconsistent with other relevant provisions of Hangzhou, these Measures shall prevail.
