There is no requirement for statements. Please note that the figures at the beginning of the year should be consistent with those at the end of last year, and this year's profit is the best.

The applicant for the annual review of the loan card shall submit the following documents and materials, and affix the official seal on the copy.

1. Administrative license (i.e. loan card);

2. Fill in the complete annual report of the loan card;

3. The original Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person or the Business License that has passed the annual inspection by the administrative department for industry and commerce, and keep a copy. Original valid certificates of institutions and other borrowers and keep copies;

4. The original "People's Republic of China (PRC) Organization Code Certificate" passed the annual examination by the Technical Supervision Bureau, and a copy is kept;

5. Original national tax registration certificate or local tax registration certificate and keep a copy;

6. The balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement of the legal person enterprise at the end of the previous year shall be stamped with the official seal of the enterprise and signed by the person in charge of finance and the tabulator;

7 copies of valid identity documents (ID card, foreign passport, home visit permit, etc.). Resume and certificate of the legal representative, responsible person or agent, and a copy of the agent's identity certificate;

8. A copy of the organization code certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) or a copy of the ID card of the funded natural person;

9. Other materials required by the People's Bank of China.
