Which bank doesn't need to repay the loan in advance?
1, China Merchants Bank. If you want to repay the loan less than one year in advance, you need to charge interest on the actual repayment amount of not less than three months. If you apply for prepayment after one year of loan, you will be charged no less than one month's interest. The so-called interest here is what we call liquidated damages.

2. China Construction Bank. If the prepayment is less than one year, 3% of the prepayment amount will be charged as liquidated damages. If you apply for prepayment in one to two years, you need to charge 2% of the prepayment amount as liquidated damages. In case of prepayment for two to three years, 1% of prepayment amount shall be charged as penalty.

3. Agricultural Bank. If the loan is less than one year and needs to be repaid in advance, it will be charged by multiplying the principal by the monthly interest rate, which is equal to the loan interest rate divided by 12 months minus the number of repayment months. If it is a lender who applies for early repayment after one year of loan, and there is no record of early repayment before, then there is no need to collect liquidated damages. If the repayment has been made in advance, the applicant will not be fined if he applies again one year later.
