⑤ Original and photocopy of tax registration certificate (national tax or local tax);

⑥ Balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement of the previous year before annual inspection, and affix the official seal of the unit;

(7) The original and photocopy of the agent's ID card and the legal representative's ID card;

(8) If the legal representative is an overseas investor and the domestic personnel are authorized to handle relevant matters, in addition to the above information, the enterprise shall also carry a power of attorney.
