Conditions for Bank of China personal time deposit pledge loans:

1. Borrowers who apply for personal time deposit pledge loans through Bank of China institutions at all levels should meet the following conditions:

(1) A natural person with full capacity for civil conduct; if he is a natural person who is over 16 years old and under 18 years old, he must submit documents proving that his labor income is his main source of living;

(2 ) Foreigners, stateless persons, and residents of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan are borrowers, and they should have lived in the People’s Republic of China for one year and have a fixed residence and occupation;

(3) Hold your valid identity document;

(4) Hold the right certificate for unexpired time deposits issued by Bank of China (personal large-denomination certificates of deposit do not have physical rights certificates, so no need to provide them);

(5) Other conditions stipulated by laws, regulations, regulatory provisions and lenders.

2. Borrowers who apply for personal time deposit pledge loans through Bank of China Personal Online Banking/Mobile Banking must meet the following conditions at the same time:

(1) Chinese citizens who are over 18 years old ;

(2) Register at the Bank of China business counter to activate the Bank of China personal online banking wealth management version or VIP version service or the Bank of China personal mobile banking service;

(3) Hold a bank card issued by the Bank of China A regular all-in-one account and the account has been linked to Bank of China Personal Online Banking/Mobile Banking. The account has a lump sum time deposit with status "valid" and automatic transfer set up;

( 4) Laws, regulations, regulatory provisions and other conditions stipulated by the lender.
