The Green Paper on Vehicles is a vehicle registration certificate. If you buy a car in full, you need to buy insurance, pay the purchase tax, travel tax and complete the licensing, and the vehicle management department will give it. According to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Regulations on Motor Vehicle Registration, the vehicle management office shall, within three days from the date of acceptance, endorse the changes on the motor vehicle registration certificate, take back the license plate and driving license, issue a temporary driving license plate valid for 30 days, and hand over the motor vehicle files to the motor vehicle owner.

Vehicle file transfer process in different places

1. After the vehicle is purchased, it is determined to trade in the second-hand car trading market where the vehicle is located, and a national unified invoice for second-hand car trading will be issued.

2. After purchasing the vehicle, you need to apply to the vehicle management office where the vehicle is located, and the identity certificate of the new owner will be provided during the file lifting process. It should be noted that in some areas, it takes several days for a document to be unapproved.

3. When the vehicle file bag is generally marked with the landing date, the owner should go through the relevant formalities within the prescribed time limit, otherwise, it needs to be re-filed after the expiration, and apply for a temporary license plate at the same time.

4. After the vehicle purchase transaction is completed, the unexpired vehicle insurance needs to be transferred, and some insurance companies can directly transfer it.

5. After returning to the local area, bring relevant materials to the local dmv for review. After the approval, you can check the car, get the license and get the driving license.
