According to different customer groups, loan sales are mainly divided into B-end sales and C-end sales. C-end sales are for individuals. In China, it is customary to classify all products except C-end sales as B-end sales. Therefore, the B-side sales are faced with enterprises, governments, education, financial institutions, operators, e-commerce, stores and so on.

B-side business refers to the business of other enterprises and organizations, not personal business. For example, when selling large-scale production machines, customers can only be other enterprises, not individuals. This kind of business belongs to B-end business. On the contrary, the business only for individual users belongs to C-side business. For example, the sale of household necessities is mainly to promote the business of individuals and families, and will not carry out the main business organized by enterprises. This kind of service is called C-side service.
