Log in to the housing provident fund management center in official website for inquiry;

Log in to the provident fund custodian bank for online banking inquiry;

Go to the counter of the housing provident fund management center to inquire;

Call the provident fund service hotline 12329 for enquiry;

SMS query (not supported in some cities);

Alipay inquires about provident fund (not supported by some cities).

The specific steps are as follows:

Method one. Log in to the Housing Provident Fund Management Center in official website for enquiry:

Enter official website through the "Individual Housing Provident Fund Inquiry" link, and click to enter the inquiry page; (You can search through Baidu or enter the query through the national housing provident fund query system);

Enter the account number (ID card or provident fund card number) and password to enter the account details page.

Method two. Log in to the provident fund custodian bank for online banking inquiry:

Log in to China Industrial and Commercial Bank's online bank (or other provident fund custodian bank);

After logging in successfully, enter the online banking welcome page and click the "My Account" column link in the navigation bar;

After entering the "My Account" page, find the option of "Housing Provident Fund" in the function menu on the left and click "Housing Provident Fund";

According to your own needs, choose "My Housing Provident Fund", "Query Transaction Details" and "Query Repayment Schedule".

Method three. Inquire at the counter of the housing provident fund management center:

Employees need to bring the original employee ID card when inquiring;

When inquiring, the unit manager needs to bring the original letter of introduction issued by the unit manager and the original ID cards of employees and managers;

Customers need to bring the original ID cards and power of attorney of employees and customers when inquiring;

Bring information to the counter of the district provident fund management center;

To inquire (print) the historical details of provident fund deposit (more than one and a half years), employees must apply to the provident fund center (office, sub-center) with the original ID card, and they can receive the inquiry details after 5 working days.

Method four. Call the provident fund service hotline 12329 for enquiries:

Call the provident fund hotline;

Click self-service query according to the prompt;

Click account inquiry and enter the account number and password of the provident fund.

Note: cities that have not opened the 12329 provident fund inquiry service need to inquire at the provident fund management center.

Method five. SMS query (not supported in some cities):

Edit the short message according to the requirements of provident fund inquiry format and send it to the inquiry number.

Method 6. Alipay inquires about the provident fund (only Alipay is enabled to inquire about the cities where the provident fund is used):

Click the Alipay wallet button on the mobile phone desktop to open the home page;

Find the "City Service" button and open it to enter the next operation;

In the "City Service" menu, find the "Provident Fund Query" button;

When operating the service for the first time, you need to confirm the authorization first;

After authorization is completed, you can click the "Personal Query" button;

Enter the ID number according to the system prompt and query the password;

After entering the interface, you can wait for the system to provide specific data.
